Creating and editing business services requires a minimum of Admin or Manager base role permissions. Navigate to Services > Business services and click the Create business service button. Name: Enter a meaningful name that defines the business service. Team (Only available on Business and Digital Operations plans): Select the Team that will be associated with this business service. Description: Enter a detailed description of what the business service is responsible for.
You can edit or delete a business service by clicking the icon next to its name in the list. You can also add or remove supporting services by selecting the checkboxes next to them. Click Save to save the changes.
